Even though our insurance company did not cover the loss our insurance agent recommended Flood Pros for damages caused by groundwater entering our basement. Nick Toone of Flood Pros came to our home within a few hours of our call. We had damage to our basement drywall, baseboards and carpet. Nick gave us the best estimate and his crew arrived the next business day on time. We had already removed the carpet and padding. Flood Pros removed the wet baseboards, door casing, and made flood cuts on the impacted drywall. They also removed the mold impacted insulation. All of the debris was removed that day and a large dehumidifier was brought in as well as 16 high powered fans. These folks are pros! Friendly, knowledgeable and ready to explain what and why they were doing what had to be done. As luck would have it, their bid included 3 days with the fans and dehumidifier but only two days were needed. The contracted amount was reduced 25%. We are grateful to Nick and his crew for their wonderful work. Thank you Nick!

Flooding is not recommended. Flood Pros is. They arrived quickly and knew what they were doing. Obviously experienced with flooding and distressed homeowners. Answered ALL my questions patiently and respectfully. Responded quickly to texts and phone calls. They dried up what was salvageable and removed what wasn’t. Paul, Nick, and Jordan thank you!
